How is shipping priced?
Shipping starts at JMD 800 for the first pound, and each extra pound costs less. Find your parcel’s weight in the shipping rates table. Weight rounds up to the next whole pound, so 2.2 lb is charged as 3 lb. Special and oversized items may need a separate quotation, so contact us first. Customs charges depend on the item and its value.
How long does shipping take?
Expected shipping time is 3 days after your parcel reaches our Florida warehouse, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
What can I send?
Send us the product link before ordering if you’re unsure. Some items have shipping restrictions or need special handling, especially batteries, liquids and unusually large parcels.
Where do I collect my parcel?
Pickup is free in New Market and Black River, St. Elizabeth, with more locations coming soon. Wait for “Ready for pickup” in your portal and contact us to confirm collection details.
